- Finance details: information related to your finance application with 28Watt or other providers that you choose to share with us (we do not access your full credit file);

We try to only collect information that is reasonably necessary for our functions and services.

- Help arrange finance with 28Watt (if you choose to apply);
- Assist with STCs, rebates and other government or network processes;

- Send you news, updates and marketing (if you’ve opted in or as permitted by law);
- Meet our legal obligations and handle disputes or complaints.
We will not sell your personal information.

- Professional advisers (e.g. accountants, insurers, lawyers) where reasonably necessary;
- IT and cloud service providers that help us run our business systems, website and communications.
Where we use third-party service providers, we take reasonable steps to ensure they handle your information securely and in line with privacy requirements.
6. Overseas disclosure
Our main operations are based in Australia. Some of our service providers or data storage solutions (for example, cloud hosting or email providers) may be located overseas or use overseas infrastructure.
Where your information is stored or processed overseas, we will take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled in accordance with the APPs and this Policy.
